My First Puzzles: Alphabet - A Free Educational Puzzle Game for Kids and Toddlers for Learning Letter Shapes - Kid Toddler App App Comentários

Can't transfer

I bought the in app puzzles for my preschooler. He loves them. Problem is it does not transfer to another device. I deleted and reinstalled multiple times. He is so disappointed. It wasn't a lot of money but is very frustrating for a little guy.

Same problem for 4 years!

What a scam! You have the received the same feedback since 2012 -- customers buy the add one but then can't access them on other devices. I've messaged you through your Facebook page twice about this and received no reply. How rude!

Too expensive

My daughter really likes this app but it only comes with 4 letters in each language. I purchased more letters for $1.99 assuming it would finish up the alphabet or something but I only got THREE more letters per language. At this rate it will cost me an arm and a leg to get the whole dang alphabet. No thanks.

Easy

Good

Won't transfer between devices

I paid for the full app but it won't load on both my iPhone and my iPad. It's not really that good of a game anyways. I would not recommend this app.

Horrible!!

After purchasing off of my iPhone I wasn't able to have the full version of the ap on my iPad further when getting a new phone the paid content still wasn't restored! Also not a good value for the money with everything being duplicated !!!

Not enough boards for the money

My preschooler loves this game. I bought it for him because he can play in multiple languages. I like that he can switch languages and play the same game. However I wish each language had more than 12 puzzles. I realize there are 12 puzzles repeated in 6 languages, but compared to other kids' apps I've purchased- including this developers own other apps- I don't think it's as good a value. Also, I would like it to load each time in the last language played. Instead it defaults to English each time we open the game.

Buy separately for your multiple device

I bought this app in my iPad and it does not get synced with my iPhone. My iphone app is locked and when try to unlock it asks for me to buy again with same account. This is ridiculous. If this is a mistake from developer then please fix this.

BEWARE

If you unlock this app, it will not transfer that purchase to your other devices.

Can't get full version on iPad

I paid for the full version on my iPhone, but it's not communicating that to my iPad. My son LOVES this app, so I'll give it five stars when I can get it to load on my iPad without paying again.

انصح به

جداً رائعة لقد أحبها ابني جداً واستمتع بها كأفضل برنامج في الايبود الخاص به

Good but needs settings

My daughter loves the app! I just wish there was a way to lock the language. We are trying to teach her just one alphabet at the moment!

Not happy!

My son love this game so I purchase it for my ipad which shares the same account as my phone. But I have to pay again for my phone!!!! That's so lame!!! All the other games can be shared on both devices.

Is this a joke?

For $2 you only get 12 letters? So...my kid only learns part of the Alphabet? I want my money back.

Alphabet Puzzle

A true ripoff. The "free" is for 4 letters. The game then says you can unlock more for &1.99. It makes you think it's the rest of the alphabet. What you get for $2 are 4 more letters only! So for $13.00 you get a very basic, boring alphabet puzzle. I'm going to delete it.

Wish we could actually play the puzzles we paid for...

My children liked this app so we paid to have all the puzzles unlocked and as soon as we plugged back into our computer it updated it back to the free version. Now we can't play the puzzles unless we pay for it again. I was charged and have the reciept to prove it, but can't get the puzzles back? So I would just be careful paying for this one's add-ons.

My First Puzzles: Alphabet

Some qualifiers: We have many of the "My First Puzzles" apps and love them. Our account is password protected so you have to enter the password (that is too complicated for our 3yr old) for any app purchase or update. I downloaded this particular app "Alphabet" for free today for my 3yr old to play. While sitting with her and watching over her shoulder she completed all the letters of the puzzle. It had A, B, C, H, I, J, N, O, P, U, V, and W as individual puzzles and then grouped puzzles for DEFG, KLM, QRST, and XYZ. So a total of 16 puzzles. She completed them all immediately. While monitoring her every move it never once asked to purchase any additional puzzles or add-ons. When she finished the puzzle I even went to "more games" to see what others she would like for free. When I clicked on others it took me straight to the app store (without a charge). An hour later I noticed a charge to our online banking. After double checking the apps I had purchased today I called the "App Store Representative" to find what this charge was from. 40 minutes later and her showing me how to find where the charge came from, it came do to "an in-app purchase". The actual app was free but there was an "in-app purchase" from the app. I would have to contact the app developer. When going back to the app description to find contact info it was then I read the reviews. That was my fault in not researching it, but we've always had great success with the other "My First Puzzles". I also noticed in reading the App information more closely I found a section labeled "Top In-App Purchases" that read "1 pack of 12 additional puzzles for $1.99." We never recieved additional puzzles so I guess it meant we were charged for the puzzles she played within the "free" app. So the $2.18 charge I am stuck with however it was not alerted in any way during the game play. However in talking with the App Store Representative I learned how to block future "in-app purchases." If you do not know how to do that, here are the steps: 1) Go to Settings 2) Click on General 3) Click on Restrictions 4) Enter your 4-digit passcode 5) Scroll down to "Allowed Content" section and change the setting for "In-App Purchases" to OFF. The reason I'm giving it 1 star is because it was purchased as a free app but had a hidden built in charge. I like the app, not the dishonesty!

Not worth it!

My kid was done with this game in two minutes. Not worth $2!!

Frustrated with paid app

I bought the app twice and the locked letters didn't load. Has this happened to anyone?

BEWARE!!!! Deceitful!!!

Do not purchase!!!! Not worth it.... My phone got restored, I paid $1.99 for this thing and it keeps asking me to pay again!!! I steady bought it once, it's not fair. Ridiculous!! App developers are a bunch of CONS!!! 😡😡😡😡

My first puzzle alphabet

They say it's free because it's only a demo you can play to g then you have to buy the rest of the alphabet deleting app

Great App got Toddlers!!!

Very nice puzzle app for toddlers. My kids love it.

Very good game!

Very good puzzle game. And the updates are free, don't worry about that!!! You can install the game on several devices without being charged again, just use the same iTunes account.

Good but.....

Fun game, my son loves them, but if you have multiple devices, you have to buy the upgrade for every device. Or if you delete the app, you have to buy it again.. Bad,bad,bad...but good game

Only two complaints

My little one loves this app but it doesn't have the grouping puzzle for the ABC like it does for the rest of the letters. It also doesn't have the XYZ single letters.

Nice game.

It's a nice enough game, but not worth the $2 they want to charge to have access to all the letters. Parents, you need to figure out how to disable in app purchases. Google it. It will save you a lot of headaches when you let your kid play games on your phone.

Not worth $1.99

My son really likes this game and I was very happy to hear him repeat each letter. However, for $1.99, it's not really worth it because it only teaches capital letters. Also, not every letter is a puzzle. In addition, note the "free download" is really just a "lite" version. You must purchase the full app to get all letters. For $1.99, they really need to have lower case letters too.

Do Get This App.

This app is a good idea...except in has an "in game" app purchase . It's almost impossible for the kids to play this game without being harassed to purchase a 2.00 app. I ended up deleting this game from my phone.

Not worth $1.99

My son had finished all the puzzles on a few minutes and he's only 3 and the music sounds like it's trying to put kids in trance.

Awesome kids game. My son loves it!!!

And to the reviewer who has issues with the in app purchase, why does your child know your password to purchase applications? And why do you not just disable purchasing with the restrictions on the device?
